Rules of Entry
We want all our Tommy Tumble Town visitors to have a fun and exciting experience whilst visiting our role play town. We have some terms and conditions that protect us, you and your children.
When you purchase a ticket and enter Tommy Tumble Town you agree to following these terms and conditions. Please take time to read through them.
Rules of Entry
As a rough guide children from age 1-8 can attend Tommy Tumble Town, however we do recognise that children develop at their own rate and if you have a primary school child over the age of 8 who would love to come and play then they are more than welcome.
All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult age 18+ and must be supervised. Parents and guardians, not Tommy Tumble Town staff, are responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times including when using the toilets. Parents and guardians must remain on site at all times.
Tommy Tumble Town is cleaned and re-set prior to each session. When you arrive, the door may be closed. We ask for your patience and that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your pre-booked session time. In bad weather we will do our best to accommodate and allow early entry into the Reggie’s Rumble Tummies café seating area only.
Shoes are not to be worn. All adults and children must wear socks and a box is provided for belongings. If shoes are to be kept on, shoe covers (provided) must be worn at all times.
When the ‘tidy up’ music is played we ask that you encourage your child to help to tidy up our play areas and ensure no toys are accidentally removed from Tommy Tumble Town.
Tommy Tumble Town is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items, including those items placed in boxes provided by TTT on entry.
Any hot drinks consumed outside of Reggie’s Rumble Tummies Café must be in cups with a lid on.
Only food purchased/provided by Reggie’s Rumble Tummies Café can be consumed on premises. An exception is made for those choosing the ‘self-catered’ party option.
Only children under the age of 12 months are permitted to use the baby area.
Any behaviour, from a child or adult, that is deemed abusive, aggressive or unsafe will be logged and the individuals will be asked to leave, this includes swearing, bullying and throwing equipment. Should this happen, a refund will not be granted.
We do have some on-site parking; this is available on a first come first served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. Tommy Tumble Town doesn’t accept any liability for loss, damage or accidents.
One child ticket entitles a child and 2 adults entry into Tommy Tumble Town. Additional adult tickets are £3 each. Our spaces are limited to maximise enjoyment of the role play town and also for safety reasons. Only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entry into the building.
Health and Safety
Please report any accidents to a member of staff immediately. Should first aid be required, please ask a member of staff. Smoking (including e-cigarettes & vapes) is strictly prohibited.
Adults needing to leave their child unattended for any reason (e.g. use of the toilet) must make a member of Tommy Tumble Town staff aware.
Children should not climb on any tables or chairs.
Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.
Photos
You are welcome to take photos (and tag us on social media) but please take care not to photograph other children in the background.
Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement
I, and as parent or legal guardian of the child (or children) (each referred to as a “Participant” and collectively referred to herein as the “Participants”) and in consideration of the Participants being permitted to participate in all activities conducted by Tommy Tumble Town agree as follows:
I understand that the employees of Tommy Tumble Town are not responsible for Participants who utilise the space and it is the responsibility of each individual to supervise any minors they bring into the facility.
I, and the children under my care, understand and agree to the safety rules and guidelines of Tommy Tumble Town. I acknowledge that these rules and guidelines may change and that I have read and am familiar with them prior to entering the role play spaces and making use of the facility.
I understand that some activities could entail the risk of mild or severe bodily injury to the Participants. Injuries and accidents may vary and I understand that the level of severity can cover a wide range of examples.
I understand that Tommy Tumble Town cannot eliminate all risks or guarantee the safety of the Participants while Participants join in in the Activities. I have made my own investigation of these risks, understand these risks, and assume them knowingly and willingly on behalf of myself and my minor Participating child.
When a booking is made on behalf of another adult in your party, please ensure that they are aware of our Rules of Entry Terms and Conditions.
